Wonderful
Absolute gem if you can secure a good deal on this apartment. Quite big one bedroom with sufficient space for luggage. Very clean and fresh, we felt comfortable with all needed amenities provided. Everyhing is exactly as on pictures. Located in a quite neighborhood, 20 mins walk from Ikebukuro or 7-10 mins from Itabashi station. If you arrive to Ikebukuro with luggage, I recommend take Uber which is just 1000 yet to get to the apartment. There is beautiful shrine just 50 meters near the property.

Quiet street and clean well equipped apartment
It was a compact apartment with everything you need in a really quiet area. And communication with the host was fine for an unmanned place.
Six nights without rubbish collecting and fresh towels was long. I would have cleaned them but with no replacements we would have struggled for a day as there's no dryer. Mostly the annoying thing is it says Ikueburo on the listing when it's not... This means you have to have a change of train and another two stops which at the end of the day eugh two kids is exhausting on the back end of two other trains. Round the corner we also saw loads of hotels advertising cheaper rates and hourly rates too which made me wonder again about the area. The street we were in was very quiet and nice.

Wonderful
Really liked the neighborhood as it was really calm. The staff was really helpful and patient with us having to register our passports. It's a 30 minutes walk from Ikebukuro.
